I focus on translating strategy into action by designing and anchoring process or diving in on key deliverables to build momentum, while tending to healthy teams and workplaces. Raised on lək̓ʷəŋən (Lekwungen) and W̱SÁNEĆ territories in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, I got my start in human rights and environmental activism and discovered a nerdy love for financial strategy and building strong teams along the way.
I'm passionate about strengthening social movements to address the interdependent challenges of climate, social, and economic justice. I am particularly interested in co-leadership models, preventing workplace-driven burnout, and reshaping flows of power and resources to be more just, transparent, and accountable.
